1. NO MEDICAL DATA COLLECTION

LiMove is strictly a fitness tracking tool. We do not ask for, collect, process, or store sensitive health data, medical records, biometric identification data, or specific physiological metrics for medical purposes.

2. ON-DEVICE PROCESSING

Our motion-tracking features analyze your movement locally on your device. Video frames from your camera are processed in real-time and are NOT uploaded, transmitted, or stored on our servers or any third-party servers. Your physical movement analysis (Hands and Body tracking) remains entirely private on your device.

Exception: If you choose to upload a profile picture (avatar), this specific image is transmitted and securely stored on our cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services - AWS) to personalize your account profile.

3. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the following categories of data to provide and improve our service:

  • Account Data: Name, email address.
  • Profile Data: Profile picture (avatar), if provided by the user.
  • Identifiers: Device ID (IDFA/IDFV), User ID, and Customer ID. These are used for analytics and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns
  • Fitness & Progress Data: Information about completed workouts, exercise duration, and form accuracy scores
  • Usage Data: App interactions (taps, clicks, scrolling information), workout completion status, and technical device data (OS, IP address)
  • Diagnostics: Crash logs, launch time, and app performance metrics to ensure technical stability
  • Payment Data (Web Purchases): When you subscribe via our website, payments are securely processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). We only receive your email, billing country, and subscription status. We DO NOT see or store your credit card details

4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your data to:

  • Provide the Service and maintain your account
  • Personalize your experience (e.g., displaying your profile picture and workout history)
  • Analyze app performance and user behavior to improve features
  • Measure marketing attribution and effectiveness of advertising campaigns via our partners
  • Communicate with you regarding your subscription and app stability

5. TRACKING AND THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS

We work with third-party service providers to facilitate our operations:

  • AppsFlyer: We use AppsFlyer for marketing attribution and analytics. It helps us understand which ads brought you to LiMove. We may track your Device ID and interactions for these purposes if you grant permission via the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Used for secure cloud storage of account-related data and profile pictures
  • Paddle: Our Merchant of Record for web-based transactions and subscription management

6. APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY (iOS USERS)

For users on iOS, we follow Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. We will only track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes if you explicitly grant us permission. You can change your tracking preferences at any time in your iOS System Settings.

7. YOUR RIGHTS & DATA DELETION

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

* Account Deletion: You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data (including workout history and profile pictures) by contacting us at support@limove.app. We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days.
