1. MERCHANT OF RECORD

For web purchases, payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Any refunds for web purchases are issued via Paddle in accordance with their buyer terms.

2. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time before your next billing date. To cancel a web subscription, use the management link provided in your Paddle receipt email, or contact support@limove.app. Cancellation stops future charges, but you retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. REFUNDS

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. If you are not satisfied, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked and no conditions applied.

4. EU/UK CONSUMERS (14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

If you reside in the EU/EEA or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. However, by purchasing a subscription and immediately accessing the digital content, you have a statutory right to a refund within 14 days. We extend this right to all our users globally without exceptions for the period already used, unless the content is defective.
