PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE AND/OR THE APPS. BY DOWNLOADING, ACCESSING THE APPS OR BROWSING THE SITE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

1. ABOUT US

The Site and the Apps (collectively, the "Service") are operated by PE Andrii Lishchynskyi ("LiMove", "we", "us", "our"), registered as a sole proprietor (FOP) under the laws of Ukraine, with a registered address at Ukraine, Kyiv, Hongadze 32-j, 53, 04215.

For web purchases, we use Paddle.com (“Paddle”) as our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payments, issues invoices, and handles applicable taxes.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

LiMove provides a digital fitness and motion-tracking app that includes exercise routines, movement tracking, and general fitness support. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

3. MEDICAL AND HEALTH DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)

You acknowledge that:

(a) The contents of the Site and Apps are provided for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, professional nutritional advice, or professional physical therapy.

(b) You expressly agree that we are not providing medical or professional nutritional advice to you, and LiMove is not a replacement for a physician or other qualified professional. We do not provide advice regarding weight loss, disease management, or muscle building medical protocols.

(c) You should always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition before starting any fitness program.

(d) Your use of the Site and the Apps does not create a doctor-patient or other professional healthcare relationship between you and LiMove.

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY

You acknowledge that your athletic and fitness activities (including following any LiMove routines) carry certain inherent and significant risks of property damage, bodily injury, or death. You further agree, to the maximum extent permitted by the law, to:

(a) assume all risk associated with your use of the Site and Apps;

(b) indemnify and hold LiMove harmless from any claims, demands, or losses arising out of your physical activities.

Our aggregate liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING (WEB VIA PADDLE)

We offer recurring subscriptions via our web funnel.

- Weekly plan: standard price 14.99 USD per week

- 4-week plan: standard price 32.99 USD every 4 weeks

- 3-month plan: standard price 80.00 USD every 3 months

Introductory Offers: Your first billing period may be discounted (e.g., 7.99 USD for the first week, 22.99 USD for the first 4 weeks, or 39.99 USD for the first 3 months). After the introductory period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard price.

Your payment is processed by Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

6. CANCELLATION

You can stop auto-renewing your subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" link in your Paddle receipt email, or by contacting support@limove.app. Once auto-renew is turned off, you will still be able to use the Apps for the remainder of your paid period.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ACCEPTABLE USE

You are granted a limited, non-commercial, non-exclusive licence to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app or its motion-tracking technology.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
